Issues with Bitdefender

We have a few devices in Bitdefender that appear to be saying 'Detecting' or 'Reboot required' these devices have been rebooted multiple times and the bdredline process in running on these machines. 

Is anyone else experience or can recommend a workaround?

  • Hi Alex,

    I have seen this before and what I did was, connect to the machine and made sure that their wasnt any previous vendors agent installed, if was removed this and then re-pushed out through Kaseya and worked.
