I have created a support ticket, but I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else is having this problem...
I am having a problem with KES/AVG quarantining non-infected files and breaking customer's apps. I have had this happen to 4 customers in the last 48 hours. It has caused a lot of wasted time and frustration with my co-workers and customers. In each case the quarantined file is reported as "(V) Virus found Java/Exploit" in KES. Some of the apps that were broken were Lotus Notes, Filemaker and several other lesser known programs.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Kaseya: has anything been changed recently in KES/AVG that would cause this?
