"The Acronis Executable is missing" when attempting to install/reinstall Acronis

Hi all.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to the error message listed in the subject line above?  We have attempted to install/reinstall several times.  The application was working previously, but all of the sudden stopped working.

The backup install log shows the following:

MSI (s) (8C:00) [23:10:26:215]: Unexpected or missing value (name: 'PackageName', value: '') in key 'HKLM\Software\Classes\Installer\Products\50BDEC2B3A3B7C548B181F64E80CA886\SourceList'

Please advise and thanks in advance.
