We have noticed that even when a user is logged in, Kaseya will reboot anyway as if they were not logged in while the "Skip reboot if user logged in" is set.

This has happened on at least two machines we're aware of, one of which we had one of our techs looking at when it happened. He was logged in......but sure enough the agent logs shows:

"9:41:12 am 18-Aug-10 Reboot Not Login *System*
User not logged in - rebooting"

It rebooted even though he was logged in and actively using the machine.

Not good at all.

Anyone else have this issue?

I'll try to test it on a couple machines to see if it happens all the time.
