cannot remove SNMP scan from LAN Watch

  • I'm in LAN WATCH under SNMP MONITORING.

    There are THREE MACHINES on the lan with SNMP active. I have to remove TWO, but nothing I do removes the icon from the SNMP Active column.

    I assumed checking the device and using CANCEL would also cancel the SNMP monitoring, but its not.

    Is there a procedure I'm missing?

    Found you have to stop the Kaseya agent on the machine with the scan running on it and then delete all the snmp monitor sets under the temp directory. These monitor sets will be in the kmonitorsets.

    Removing the schedule scan does not remove these files.
