Why does it takes so long before a "process" gets detected on a client.
errmsg " Proccess does not exist"
What type of process are you talking about? And is that error on Kaseya? Are you under the agent module? What do you do to create that error message?
this errmsg is shown when you go to the monitor log
eventid 100 for BESR or SSR should trigger a process which should be seen by a corresponding monitor set.
However this automatic triggering does not seem to work from the VSA.
When I run the process manually --> its captured by the monitor set and an alert is done in the dashboard.
