process monitoring

  • Why does it takes so long before a "process" gets detected on a client.

    errmsg " Proccess does not exist"

  • What type of process are you talking about?  And is that error on Kaseya?  Are you under the agent module? What do you do to create that error message?

  • this errmsg is shown when you go to the monitor log

    eventid 100 for BESR or SSR should trigger a process which should be seen by a corresponding monitor set.

    However this automatic triggering does not seem to work from the VSA.

    When I run the process manually --> its captured by the monitor set and an alert is done in the dashboard.
