No Server IP / Client Configuration error

  • I've got a machine that when I install a Kaseya agent on it doesn't seem to get any account details. On mouse-over it says "No IP Address Set for KServer" and if you choose Set Account you have newuser@kaseya.com under Machine Group and a blank Server Address. The same agent install on other machines works fine and puts all the details in automatically.

    If I fill in the details myself I then get "Client Configuration Error Detected" and it still won't connect to the KServer.

    Any ideas?
