I'd recommend checking that the account is not locked out and/or is not requiring that the password be changed on next login. You can also hover over the agent icon to reveal the QuickView, then click the Users option to see if the account is actually available on the local machine or whether any of the failed conditions listed are met.
Brande - Are there any local security policies that might affect the credential test? I've got two domain controllers (at the same site) that fail the credential test no matter what I do. I've just been ignoring it because the rest of my agents are fine.
