The purchase date showing in 'Agent Status' is incorrect. Can this be changed somewhere manually? My guess is that this happened when agents were merged from an old machine to a new one. The purchase date reflects the old machine but I need it to show the purchase date of the current machine for reporting to clients.
That sounds like a custom field. You can edit custom field values from the Audit module. Instructions for editing the value of a custom field are available here: help.kaseya.com/.../index.asp
