Kaseya Agent Failures on Windows Server 2003 Machines

  • At many... not all of our clients which use Windows 2003 Server machines (seems to be many of them Small Business Server 2003). The agent service stops for no apparent reason. I have in the past used the Recovery feature in the Services applet to get them to restart but am wondering why they quit in the first place... is it something I have set wrong? Here is a log of the last communication from one.

  • Most of the entries in this section of Agent log are reasonably normal entries. Is there any chance that there could be something blocking the agent traffic locally? E.g. is the ISA firewall installed and on?

If it works on some and not others, then try and figure out what is different about the machines; do they have different versions of A/V or spyware installed which could be causing an issue?
