Machine View - Procudure Stuck

  • We recently noticed a few agents were stuck with one of our maintenance procedures and was not allowing any other procedures to completed.  Is there anyway to create a machine view to display agents that have procedures stuck for more than 24 hours?



  • Hi Ritchie .. you'd probably need to create your own SQL view for this , and then reference the view via a Kaseya Script to generate a report or alarm
