Viewing a related item within a Knowledge base article created in Service desk.

  • Hi Guys,

    Does anyone know how to view related items within a Knowledge base article ?

    All I can see is the related item number, the summary and the status.

    Neither the article number, the summary nor the status is clickable.

    It would be really nice if i could click through to the related article from the knowledge base entry.

    I have attached a screenshot.
