We are using Kaseya 2 and Tigerpaw 10.7.11

 

The Kaseya and Tigerpaw integration was working fine until we upgraded to Kaseya version 2. 

We use this integration tool to receive automated tickets in tigerpaw when a user submits a ticket via the Kaseya agent. 

The Kaseya Tigerpaw service is running, all credentials are correct but still we don't receive tickets in tigerpaw after user submits a ticket in kaseya.

Is there anything different with the Kaseya 2 and Tigerpaw integration???
