What is the recommended way to setup Policy Management?

I am currently running v 6.3 of Kaseya and have been tasked with a way to streamline the configuration of new workstations that come online.  To that end I have been testing the Policy Management and it appears that it should help out very nicely to do this, but it started me wondering.  We have 40+ different companies that we manage their workstations through our Kaseya server.  To help stagger times of procedures that run, patch scans, audits, etc my initial thought was to create one policy for each company and configure the individual options for the agent procedures, alerts, etc that would be for that site.  Is this the best way to do this or should I approach it differently?
