Roughly 4 months ago I ran into a system that would not start the Kaseya Agent Endpoint service.  I uninstalled the agent and cleared all remants from the directories and into the registry, rebooted, and reinstalled the agent only to have it fail with the same message:

Kaseya Agent Endpoint service is not started - Server specific error code 1

After opening a ticket with support and several weeks of off/on troubleshooting we ran across the test of using a local account - which worked.  But obviously this was not a fix.  We chalked it up to the system and planned on reloading the box.  Fast forward to a few days ago and we have run into a second system that exhibits the same behavior.

Has anybody else run across this error?
