We upgraded to KAV 1.4 last week and have pushed it out the new version to about 400 workstations so far. We have been getting complaints of various software not working from a few customers. We have had to disable KAV for the computers with software issues. Is there a log somewhere that shows which file is getting blocked by Kaspersky? The Detections spot in Kaseya is pretty much worthless to me. We are using the same profile from 1.3 so we only enable File and Anti-Spyware detection. What new feature in 1.4 would be blocking programs so we can disable it in the profile.
