Log in for emPOWER

  • Hey everyone,

    We had a few tech's who had access to the emPOWER training site who have now left the company without sharing any log in information.

    We have tried doing a password recovery to their old email addresses to no avail. How do we go about creating new/reviving old accounts?

  • You should have a master account that can change their passwords to whatever youwant.

  • I've asked around and no one seems to know what it is, it's likely that one of the tech's who have left had access to this master account. Is there a division of Kaseya support I can contact in regards to this? I dont think it'd justify opening a ticket for, or even if that's the right process.

  • We were told that our sales rep is the person to contact to deal with the emPOWER program. If you have a sales rep, I would talk to them.
