Change ticket assignee to a customer VSA user

We have setup a servicedesk with 10 engineers who can assign ticket to each other.
Our customers also login to the VSA to see an agent overview and to view tickets.

Now one customer wants to login to the VSA to edit tickets and we want to able to assign specific tickets to that customer.
The VSA user can view the tickets for his organization but we can not assign tickets to the VSA user.

What do I have to do to be able to assign tickets to this customer?

  • I think the user must be assigned the servicedesk technician license to assign tickets.
