I am looking for a way to report on how many tickets each agent has created. I can do that easily for tickets closed, but I can not find a way for tickets created.
Any info people have on this would be great.

Thank you for your post. If you go into Info Center > Report Parts you should be able to create that report part from the Service Desk > Ticket data set. It seems to have a submitter column. Group the report by submitter in Step 2 of the build wizard, add the column to the report and use the COUNT aggregate operator in Step 1 of the wizard. Go check that out and let me know if you have any questions on how to work with data sets.
I am aware of how to report on that field, but the issue is we have that as an editable field that people change in a lot of tickets.
I am looking for a way to just check all tickets created, regardless of what other fields are set as. If that makes sense.
