Time tracking in notes on Service Desk tickets

Is there a way to edit the time that was entered while saving a note on a service desk ticket? There was a type and the system now reflects 1500 minutes!

  • I asked this question when we were implementing Service Desk.... there is not a way to do this. We've found the only way to correct a time entry is to go to the timesheet view and zero out the entry from there. It will then factor in a negative amount of hours to make the correction.
