its my first post on this forum and id like to say that im a complete beginner in configuring Kasaya.
Now to the point, my problem is that after i have created service desk and activated it I cant issue tickets via agent. What i mean is that after double clicking on Kasaya agent the page is blank with no options.
It works fine when the Ticketing module is taking care of tickets. Can you guys tell me what settings i have to change for it to work like when Ticketing module is in charge of ticketing ?
Did you give authorizations to agent to the Service desk ?
