Refresh Service Desk Ticket Cache

I run some SQL code each night to update some customfields (xml) on my tickets.  These changes, however, do not appear in the VSA interface until a ticket is modified.  This leads me to believe that the VSA caches all ticket information for display purposes and only refreshes that cache when a ticket change is made.  How can I manually refresh/clear the ticket cache?  Is this a web call on the front end, a stored procedure or table truncate in the db, etc.?

  • To add some clarity, this has nothing to do with browsers.  We have also rebooted the web server thinking the cache was dynamic, but the display was still stale when it booted.  That leads me to believe that this cache is stored on disk somehow.
