If you are seeing a popup warning about the SMTP server not running when you log in to Kaseya after updating to, please check the following.

1. Make sure that you can see a Windows service called 'Kaseya WebExec' in the services list.

2. Check that this is logging on as System, or LocalSystem (OS dependent)

3. Check that the service is in the 'Started' state

If you find that the service is not running as that user, or not running at all, please correct this and try logging in again. If the service isnt listed at all, please reinstall the update. This can be done by going to the System Tab -> Configure-> Re-apply Schema.
