Issues with Info Center and Inbox

  • Hi Everyone

    I've only just started using Kaseya for the last week and appear to be having a issue with the Info Center and the inbox.

    When I click on the inbox I get the following error "Plugin KASEYA.INFOCENTER.DESKTOP.DLL.INBOXCONTEXTSCREEN does not exist on the Thread System_2"

    Has anyone else had this message show up?
    If so what did you do to fix it. Smile

  • Similar issue where the Info Center selection disappeared from one of my K2 test servers. I had to rerun the KaWebUpdate to get it to come back. Strange.

    My guess is hotfixes coming through hot and heavy and causing these types of issues. I'm glad to see so many hotfixes to actually fix the product, but it does strain the nerves a bit.
