We use several Queues in our BMS.. Sales, L1, L2, Security, Etc..
the fact that in BMS all Ticket status shows for All Queues is a bit.. much.. I would love to be able to assign ticket status on a per queue basis, so "Waiting on approval" or some other sales specific status does not clutter up the tech side, and Vice versa..
I searched and really dont see much on this, but I also dont want anyone using the system to be overwhelmed by a huge number of ticket statuses for their tickets.. regardless of their job duty
