Hello, i'm developing a mobile app to give to our clients another way to create tickets on Service Desk, so i'm having problem with the REST API, because doesn't exist any function to create the tickets. Basically now we are trying another alternative like stored procedure or something like that, but i cannot find the function "create, add, new ticket/incident"

So anybody knows where it is the function of create a new ticket in SD from the SQL database?

If somebody could help me i will really apreciate it.
