Generating Monthly Service Tickets in the Service Desk Module

This question is not answered


I was looking to see if there was a way to automatically generate monthly tickets in the service desk module easy?  Otherwise I'm thinking of building a script to run monthly to do this.  I want to open tickets for maintenance, most will be monthly some quarterly, bi-annually, etc.  This way I'm not spending the first couple hours of the month opening maintenance tickets to my team.

  • You could set your own machine to send an email to your SD to generate these and run it as a scheduled agent procedure monthly.
