KES 2.1 and Windows 7 64 bit

  • We are running a Windows7 64 bit release candidate.

    When I try to push out a KES install, it just stays stuck on "Install Pending etc".
    I can cancel the install, and now it shows as insatlled on the client, even though I can't find AVG anywhere on the Windows7 client.
    If i then try to "uninsatll", it again goes into "uninsatll pending", and just doesn't do anything.

    Countless reboots on the client do nothing to help.

    Anybody else seen this, or have ideas on how to fix this?

  • well, it just seems to hang in Kaseya, i.e it just says Install pending.

  • hmmm....might be best at this point to just log a ticket. The support guys need to get to the bottom of it...

    Assign it to me and I'll get the right guys on it
