KES - current version missing

  • Hi,

After reinstalling Kaseya and KES from scratch, I stumbeled upon a minor problem. Under the security tab, the current version is no longer displayed.

We dropped the original database and started with a fresh installation of kaseya, msql server and KES. In the license manager it correctly displays
the number of available KES licenses.

    Any thoughts ??

    Kind regards,

  • Reload the hotfixes. There was a recent problem that was fixed and deployed.

  • Hi Jeff,

I hit the reload button under system -> configure.

But nothing changed. What I noticed now is that seamingly
the auto update function isn't working. Updates are only
installed when using the manual update option ?

Windows is complaining that avg might be out of date, wich
doesn't look good on the customers side :-(

    Kind regards,
