KES on Xenapp profile fails to apply and AVG is corrupting data. We have had to completely disable KES to avoid application crashes and no help from support. we are forced to find a different AV solution.
Kaseya support has been slow to respond.
Need a solution quickly
The profile issue happened for us and uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it but we are not using Xenapp with any of the KES installs so not sure if it will fix the problem for you.
As for the response time they are at the very bottom of any support I have ever dealt with.

I guess you are using XenApp 6.0 or 6.5? We had the same issue deploying profiles but have not seen data corruption you speak of.
To fix profile applying change the following registry key:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
Then install Offline Plug-in 6.7 from www.citrix.com/.../offline-plug-in-67.html
Finally reboot and then try reapplying the profile.
