Hello. Hopefully someone here can help with this issue.
I installed the KES plugin on Thursday of last week. I did a test install of the security agent on several machines, but after several hours the server was still showing that those machines were in "Waiting for Service" mode. I then attempted to remove the agent from those machines. According to the server, both of those machines are in "Uninstall Pending" mode, and have been since Thursday.
I have rebooted the server and the target machines, and no change. I've tried to contact Kaseya for support, but have received no response.
Anyone have any idea what might be happening here?
