Hello everyone, today a user reported his Kaspersky antivirus was repeatedly giving him an error message stating Kaspersky has encountered a problem and needs to close...
We have seen this happen a few times before and the usual fix is to simply uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky through Kaseya.
After uninstalling it states we that a restart is required before we can run an install.
We have restarted the computer numerous times, Kaspersky was never properly uninstalled and even using the removal tool has not fixed this problem.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
