we are using it atm but the reporting options are all but not there. Wait until they finish the server edition for MSPs. Should be out in the next few weeks. They promise to tie up the loose ends with this version.
Remote administration is kind of laggy, and you can tell that not much thought has been put into the fact that resellers might have several, if not 100s of subaccounts to service.
as of right now you can only have reporting set up for one address and ALL reports for all jobs of all accounts go to that address. Very little customisation possible. Re-branding is also non existent.
Hope they realize that they could have something special if they get this right and please the MSPs like us.
It is the cheapest right now, and the setup is very easy but it's far from ready for the MSP market.
hope this helps

Yes Acronis BUDR offsite replication to the cloud sounds great until your synthetic fulls are not really synthetic fulls and Kaseya begins uploading a regular full backup for no apparent reason. Having to reseed 300GB of data for 2 or 3 clients is a major pain in the ass.
Kaseya's Offsite replication to anything is not ready for prime time IMO unless you just like wasting time and money reseeding.
