BUDR to External Drive with Large Amount of Data

We have a client that we've recently migrated that has some 600GB data. Of that, 2 folders consume almost 500GB (old graphics art, etc.). We put them a different logical volume/partition and excluded on our Volume Full every 7 days, with Inc's Daily. I was thinking about doing a folder backup, then 30 incrementals as this data should really be archived. How are other folks handling a situation like this? You can't do muliple volume backup jobs from the same server can you?
Thanks!
