SecureZone or Auto Recovery CD via Image on USB Drive

Previously we've successfully used SecureZone to restore a PC when the backup image was located on a NAS. Yesterday I attempted a SecureZone restore from an image located on a USB drive and the restore failed, stating that the XML file could not be found. I created an ISO for the date I required, and attempted an auto recovery, but received the same error. Has anyone been able to use SecureZone or auto recovery CDs when the backup image is on a USB drive? I would venture a guess that the image path is being given as "E:\BUDR", where E:\ is the drive letter Windows has assigned to the USB drive. Most likely Acronis isn't assigning drive letters the same way (if it assigns letters at all).

Were you able to get around this error. I can't find anything on the kaseya forum and this is ridiculous that this hasn't been resolved I have never gotten this to work.

Unfortunately not. We switched everyone to use NAS-based backups using the IP instead of the hostname.
