Acronis .MSI file size

Hi,

I keep getting the following error when

FAILED in processing THEN step 11, Get Directory Path From Registry, with error Registry Query Failed, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acronis\TrueImageServer\Settings\WorkingDir

I have checked everything to do with the driver signing etc but I read one article about the size of the .MSI file was wrong and that it is suppose to be about 98MB where mine is only 58MB. Could this be the problem and if so where would I get another file.

Yeap, that would be the problem. The file should be about 98MB. Your's appears to have become corrupted.

For any one who reads this my issue was resolved be calling support and getting the file re downloaded.

I have the same problem on a few machines, Where can i download the new .MSI??

You have to contact support. Likely they will push a new one out to your VSA.
