Backup failed to start

  • Hello,

    Just recently one of our servers began to fail with the message: Backup failed to start. Backup may have been uninstalled by user.

    I have seen this problem before and to fix it I just reinstalled the program and everything was fine. But it seems to keep coming back after a certain period of time.

    The program is installed and will work if executed manually. The only time we get that error is when we try to automate the backup job from Kaseya.

    So basically, I need a more permanent solution than to simply reinstall the software. Any thoughts?
