Backup skipped because "Agent Offline withing 15 minutes"

  • While I have a case open with Kaseya, the group might have a faster answer. I’m seeing some serves skipping backups because the agent is “offline”. Yet the agent never goes offline.

     

    Also a manual job might sit for a long time rather than running “Now”. All other scripts seem to run OK.

    And the agent never reports as offline. We have a monitor set on it.

    Agent is 6.0.0.7

    Acronis version is 9.7-8218

    Anyone run into this and found a solution?

  • The Agent and Live Connect are working. However I find if I stop and start the KaUsrTsk then the backup job kicks off.
