Is anyone using Kaseya Online Backup in a production environment and used it to restore files? I am currently evaluating it and I would like to hear some folks opinions on it.

We are using it and that part works! - Or certainly did before we upgraded to 6.2
We have some other issues with it though, still a product thats developing, saying that we have nearly have 2TB backed up.
