When they say agent, they only mean the main K agent... except during those times when they refer to the "backup agent," but that's usually just when they're referring to licensing.

Hopefully Kaseya understands how important this is and how limiting it is for us as their customers and put emphasis on getting the upgrades to us. Not having a kaseya backup for Windows 2008 is really really really poor.

I think it was meant to state that True Image Echo is a ways off for Bu/DR thru Kaseya ... not that the stand-alone package was a ways off.

Yes, True Image Echo has been available for a long time. Kaseya's integrated version, BUDR3, is in beta now.
