We're trying to restore a 300GB Exchange DB from a clients local copy of the Acronis files onsite and the copy process just keep disappearing.
We're opening the TIB files from the image location specified in the Backup module. The verifys for the backup have all been successful and yet, at seemingly random moments, the Copying window just disappears.
Given that the Explore Volume feature in the Backup module does naff all, I can't see any other way of restoring the data.
Anything we are doing wrong? Anyone else had this?

My first though seems to be you're experiencing a network issue or a NAS issue? How about copying the tib on over to the workstation or server and then extracting the edb and ldb files (if you have enough local space of course).
