Jerry, make sure you are agents are up to date. There was a hotfix installed onto the Cloud systems over the past couple weeks that resolves some Desktop Access issues. It requires that your agents are on the latest revision. Should be 6.2.0.0 - 1.2.0.22 for Windows Agents. Not sure what it is for Mac...
