Cloud Maintenance - Lack of Information

  • I hope I'm just missing something obvious here:

    I subscribe (RSS) to Kaseya Cloud Status Events, but find the notification process is not helpful.

    The notifications never mention what patch is being applied

    Please can the patch being applied be notified, with a link to the release notes.

    The notifications often come with very little notice

    I understand there are occasions that patches need to be applied at very short notice, but this should be an exception not a rule.

    It seems to me that most notices give less than two days warning, this doesn't give much time for planning. 

  • So, another example:

    Saas Maintenance - October 28, 2017, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM EDT

    Maintenance will be performed on our Saas servers and BMS servers on October 28, 2017, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM EDT.
