I am new to IT Center and would love to hear from real users on exploring the limits of Reporting in IT Center.
There will be customers who will be satisfied with Exec Summary and others who need details of what work in being performed on their clients.
I run a couple of custom procedures to update apps using Ninite and some would like to report on weekly maintenance procedures like their success/failure. Based on feedback from customers the detail oriented ones would like to frequency of the procedures.
I wanted to hear from people who have pushed the limits of IT Center Reporting to see what all is possible and if the goals above are feasible and if someone can speak to their experience (real IT center users).
