Reset Software Management or redownload essential files

  • We are missing the ospx files and many other files in the Endpointdownloads. So i think we have to redownload them or reset the whole software management module. we already opened a ticket for this, but still fighting with the support to get other answers than knowledge base articles about antivirus on client side....
    (Perhaps on one day they read our whole mail and understand the problem ;))
    So i would be glad if someone could help out. Actually there is a little pressure on this because of the actual security issue (Netlogon)
