Two weeks Kaseya did upgrade to their KCB module which broke integration with acronis cloud console in many ways.
-No more getting alerts for failed backups;
-Upon installing backup on new end point it does not show up in acronis console;
-It fail to uninstall with error Deregister Failed;
Opened a support ticket two weeks ago. They asked few basic questions and then kept quite after saying that it is escalated to next level.
Anyone else observed this issue and has some fix?
same issue stil no solution...
There was major upgrade in acronis console. This cause communication drop in VSA and acronis console integration. Kaseya dev team did not broadcast and appraise us about this upgrade. Still there is no word from support about this.
