So I have been looking at replacing reports we were sending to our customers from Image Backup as we transition to Cloud Backup, however, I am not finding any pre-defined reports that would be helpful to the customer.
The default report parts do not seem to show the current information - For example, the last time a server has ran per Acronis is Friday at 11PM, but the report shows the last even time is more than a week before that.
What are you doing for Cloud backup reporting? I have a ticket with Kaseya, but thought I would throw it out here as well.
