Acronis Cloud Not functional due to Acronis Cloud having problems

  • We have had no backups since Thursday of last week with Acronis Cloud.  Support says that the problem with Acronis and they should have gotten it to work over the weekend.  Just wondering whom else is having this problem and did it start working today.  It is scary not having backups for 6 days.

  • Have the same problem....Can't imagine they didn't  fix it for that long time.

  • We saw backups were running on the endpoints but only by logging into them directly and noticing the dates on the backup files ... All of our reporting and Acronis itself was showing last good backup as either a day or even longer late ...
