Hello everyone,

I need to create a workflow to better manage my ticket note external notifications.

What I would like the workflow to do is the following: when additional emails are added in Notifications tab for a ticket note, the notification is only sent to those emails, and not to the ticket contact.

This is to avoid some issues I've been experiencing with customers recieving double emails when my users add additional emails.

Is it possible to do that?
