Does anyone know where to supply the values populated in the Ticket.Ticket Source field:
I know where the setting for the Default Source. That is in Admin...My Company...Company Settings...Service Desk. But I can seem to find the area where to update the values.
We really need this, as well. Does anyone know if there is a plan to allow us to customize, or at least add to the list?
